FAq’s

Q: How to apply

  1. Use a soft grit file to push back cuticles and lightly etch your nails to remove the shine on your natural nail.

  2. (Optional) Trim away dead skin hanging on to nail plate

  3. Clean nails w/ Isopropyl Alcohol to make sure nails are dehydrated and any oil or lotion from hands is removed.

  4. Choose Adhesive tab that fits nail bed. Stick to center of your nail. Before removing protective film on tab, press to ensure full adhesion to your nail. If you prefer to wear your TIPP’s for a longer time, you can use nail glue instead of the adhesive tabs.

  5. Push nail up to cuticle and press Tipp nail over adhesive tab or nail glue. Press firmly to allow the nail to set in place.

Q: How long do you press on nails stay on?

A: Depending on your day-to-day activities, longevity will vary between people. With nail glue 1 to 3 weeks. With nail adhesive tabs 1 to 3 days… perfect for events, photo shoots etc. but not for extended wear.

Q: How do I measure my nails?

A: Please refer to the measuring chart for sizing information under the TIPP INFO tab. A soft measuring tape using (MM) is an easy way to measure your nails.

Q: How do I remove press on nails applied with nail glue?

A: If you’d like to reuse them, soak your hands in soapy warm water for 20 -30 minutes , be patient, gently loosen them with the orange wood stick provided and they will pop off. If you choose to not re-use them , cut them short and soak them in 100% acetone for 20-30 minutes, they are 100% gel.

Q: Are they reusable?

A: Yes they are! With nail adhesive tabs or with glue. If you begin to have glue buildup on the back of the tip you can just file the build up off with the nail file or nail buffer provided to smooth out the buildup. If using the nail adhesive tabs, they can be peeled off the back of the nail making theme ready for re-application at another time
